1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or attempting to access the Shoppers Love Affiliate Dashboard (the "System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are not an explicitly authorized employee, contractor, or approved partner of Shoppers Love, you have no right to access this System and must exit immediately.

2. Strictly Internal and Confidential Use

The System contains highly sensitive, proprietary business information, including but not limited to brand data, revenue metrics, performance analytics, and partner transaction reports.

• All data within this System is classified as Strictly Confidential.
• You may not download, screenshot, export, or share any information from this System with unauthorized third parties.
• Your use of this System is subject to your employment agreement, non-disclosure agreement (NDA), or partnership contract with Shoppers Love.

3. Account Access and Security

• Authorized Access Only: You may only access the System using the specific credentials provided to you by the system administrator.
• No Sharing: You may not share your login credentials with anyone, including other employees.
• Reporting: You must immediately report any suspected compromise of your account to info@affonix.com.

4. Acceptable Use

When interacting with the System, you agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, disable, or exploit any security measures.
• Use automated scripts, scrapers, bots, or similar technologies to extract data from the System.
• Access or modify data belonging to other users or departments unless expressly permitted by your role authorization.
• Use the System for any illegal purpose or in violation of corporate policies.

5. Monitoring and Auditing

To ensure the security and integrity of our financial and partner data, Shoppers Love actively monitors and logs all activity on this System. We reserve the right to audit your usage at any time without prior notice.

6. Termination of Access

Your access to the System is granted at the sole discretion of Shoppers Love. We may revoke, suspend, or limit your access at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to termination of employment/partnership or violation of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
